SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our instruments and sheet music via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days in protective, moisture-sealed packaging. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

SECTION 3 - RETURN & TONE GUARANTEE

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-day tone satisfaction trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our workshop service center at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@harmonichollowmusicworkshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped to our designated workshop facility at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701.
